The company has fixed assets of RMB 76 million, including die forging equipment: 3 sets of 1000T double-disc friction presses, 3 sets of 1600T double-disc friction presses, 1 set of 2500T double-disc friction presses, 1 set of 4000T double-disc friction presses, 2 sets of 8000T double-disc friction presses, 2 sets of 750kg air hammers and 10 sets of 1000kg air hammers. Free forging equipment: 1 set of 8T electro-hydraulic hammer, 1 set of 3T electro-hydraulic hammer, 3 sets of 2T electro-hydraulic hammer. Heating equipment: 10 sets of medium frequency 500kw-800kw electric furnaces. Processing equipment: 2 sets of 50-150 type reaming machines, 6 sets of gear inserting machines, 86 sets of 20-30 CNC lathes, 1 set of vertical machining centre and 15 sets of large sawing machines. Heat treatment modulation equipment include: 1 heat treatment electric furnace 150, 3 electric furnaces of 75 type, 1 electric furnace of 75 type, and 2 sets of automatic isothermal normalizing production line of push rod type.
The company produces 50,000 tons of various kinds of high quality forgings annually and has more than 100 customers at home and abroad. The main products are: loader gear forgings, forklift gear forgings, press gear forgings, automotive forgings and reducer forgings. The export products are mainly sold to Germany, Norway, the United States and the United Kingdom. Our company has first-class forging equipment and leading forging technology, which can produce high quality forgings from 5kg-500kg for die forging and 260kg-8000kg for free forging.
Our company attaches importance to enterprise management and strives for survival by quality. In 2001, we passed the ISO9002:1994 quality system certification, and in 2003, we changed to ISO9001:2000 quality system certification, which laid the foundation for the take-off of our company.
